The portable inverter welding machine Arc 200i is an IGBT-based single-phase unit for continuous welding. You can weld continuously using 4.0 mm electrodes because of its robust construction. Continuous welding is made possible by its user-friendly controls, forced air cooling, and thermal protection against overheating. The main cable, welding cable, return cable, electrode holder, and earth clamp are all included in the ready-to-weld kit, allowing you to get started without any fuss.
The intelligent design senses temperature changes during welding and protects internal critical components from excess heat generated during welding. This protection resets automatically after the temperature has been sufficiently reduced, thereby ensuring the longevity of your equipment.
The compact design with superior components and effective cooling ensures your equipment operates with higher efficiency, thereby reducing current losses.
The user-controlled hot start function gives the operator the flexibility to adjust the arc force depending on access to the job and welding position. The higher current at the start allows you to have a smooth start in joints with poor access and thereby reduces the risk of insufficient fusion and arc breaks.
The superior accessories ensure you have safe connections with lower heat generation at the electrode holder handle that allows you to weld continuously. Apart from superior insulation from safety, the consistent voltage and current ensures you have smooth welds.
