Women Empowerment is a social process, making women realize their potential, their knowledge and expertise and strengthen their capacity in a way help them to play a meaningful role in their own life or in their community’s development. It’s about trusting themselves as well as the realization of one’s own capacities. Women feel empowered, because they realize that they can make a difference.
