The product was received in fine quality.
The book is not that great a read.
The author runs around the old cliche of appearing stronger in the light of setbacks but fails to provide a strong argument for many things she thought had changed after/during recovery. Also, the thought organization in this book is rather poor. I was looking for a more philosophical enlightenment in her attitude of the routine and not necessarily a schedule of things she did everyday.
