Q:Does it produce sound like tik tik while bent backside from middle part?
A:Yes it's because of the washer movement and a part of the mechanism involved, only comes while changing the lock position. Once locked no sound comes even when you push against it hardly. Don't worry

Perfect product!
I purchased the high back chair in Rs 11808 which was too good deal for me. I can clearly see the effectiveness and back support of this chair. You can purchase any local brand chair in less price around 7k or 8k, but with featherlite you will get 3 years warranty plus a reliable good quality product. Again the flexible side wise back support and multi lock back support are good additions on top. I will go for another 3k or so for these additional features and a brand value anyday.

I saw the rating and purchased this product, but this is not a good product and has many issues.
1. The minimum height of this chair is still very high and people of 5'8" will not be able to sit with their feet touching the ground firmly. You need a small table to rest your feet.
2. The hand rest movement is limited, should have given More option to adjust height. There is no twisting option in the hand rest.
3. The back support is not firm enough and placement is weird. Did have severe ba...

Just wonderful.
got it for 12070/- and totally worth it.
Nice lumbar support and build quality.
The only con is the seat quality, don't get me wrong the cushioning is really good but not breathable. Hence generate a lot of heat after continuous usage.

Brilliant
After researching of all the brands finally found out Featherlite which is the best and it is bit costly but Quality wise excellent. Got it for Rs 11870 during BB day.Contents inside the parcel was clearly visible while collecting it from Courier partner. In market a normal office Ergonomic chair starts from 7k but quality is very poor. I strongly recommend Featherlite brand for best build up quality and Elegant design.
