Got delivery in 2 days although was promised in a day. Product was nicely packed. Have been using it for last 7-8 days. Battery life is 5 days as promised. Accuracy is mostly okay, although it counts staircase wrongly. Looks and designs are above average. This is my first device so cannot compare with other products. This is a great product! Looks good and the tracking feature works perfectly. Also, need to mention the Fitbit customer care who responded promptly and politely to all queries. The seller is good as well. The product I got was damaged slightly but it was replaced within a day once I made the request. Highly recommend the product and the seller.

Nie product. The biggest drawback I read it in reviews that its battery has issues. I am using all the available features in the product - simultaneously and the battery is lasting for at least 3 days. Which according to me is quite fair. the best part is the after sales support and service for the product is extremely amazing. Had a wonderful experience interacting with the Fitbit team; quite supportive and they empathize. Totally loving it.

A:Yes, the strap has 10 holes to fit on the 10 sizes of wrists. I am using the middle hole although I consider myself thin. If you are very thin, you can use the first hole or create new 5 holes.
