How to tilt back or push back the chair? I am not able to tilt back, there are 2 levers under the seat , one for seat height adjusting and another one is not working!! Could anyone plz tell me
A:Run your hand on the right side and hold the lever which is found behind the other one, and pull it. This will allow the backrest lever to tilt

chair is ok if u see price...looking wise very good and smooth experience with wheel. shoud be better if backsupport would be filled with foam but price matters. Size is ok for average man but dont go if u r fatty body...may be discomfort sitting. I m 5ft 10 inch tall with 78 kg weight no problem. Let us see about durability.

Good quality product
Nice chair, value for money. It does everything what a nice chair should do. I am using it since 3 months and no problems so far. Chair cushion is okay, lumbar support is okay, cant compete with expensive chairs but 70% similar to office chairs so no issues there.

Chair is of good quality. Thigh support is proper and so is back support. It was easy to assemble the chair and height adjustment is working properly. Mesh like back support prevents sweating if you are sitting for long time. It is a total value purchase. If you are looking for an office chair go for this.
What could have been better is chair cannot be locked while leaning back and chair hands are not very strong. Other than this the chair is perefect

Strong and Comfortable: Bought over 20 chairs in two years

Worthless NO Support or Warranty
Worst purchase in my entire lifetime. Chair's leg broken all of sudden while i was seating simply with no tilt etc. I fell on the ground injured... All those are fine. Worst part starts when I called Flipkart for warranty claim, they provided me a number saying its brand Service centre after 4 hours of trying someone picked call saying its warehouse and gave another number. Then second number another 10 calls someone picked saying this is not our chair and we can;t provide any support.
