Could be way better

Not the thing which I have assumed.
The cover has no chain.
The cover is somewhat short. The bottom area is not covered properly.
The cover quality is very poor.
If the product has return policy, I would have returned it. But there is only replacement policy.
I am much disappointed with this product. Can't even imagine that Flipkart products could be so worse..
I am requesting to send another cover with chain.so that the cover may do appropriate job.. otherwise there is no use of cover which ...
