    • Chetak offers a warranty of 50000 km or 3 year (whichever comes earlier) on the product and the Lithium-ion battery. Warranty is effective from the date of the Chetak sales invoice and is in effect as long as periodic maintenance services are done at Chetak authorised service centres, as per recommended schedules.
    Covered in Warranty
    • The warranty extends to the motor, Li-ion battery. It also covers all the controllers, chassis, peeling off and blistering issues in painted parts. The battery is included in the warranty, assuring its operational integrity. The replacement or repair of parts under warranty, including the lithium-ion battery, shall at the sole discretion of Bajaj Auto Ltd / Chetak Technology Ltd. Chetak explicitly indicates that the parts replaced under warranty may be new, refurbished or reconditioned genuine parts. Battery replacement shall take into account the energy capacity of the original battery on the vehicle, immediately before failure. Warranty on auxillary battery and tyres shall be at the sole discretion of their respective manufacturers. Warranty and any claim arising thereof is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune only.
    Not Covered in Warranty
    • Please note that wear and tear parts are not covered by this warranty, as they are subject to natural degradation over time. Glass items are not included in the warranty coverage, given their susceptibility to breakage. Plastic and rubber components are also not part of the warranty, as they wear down due to regular use. Maintenance operations such as break adjustment are not covered in warranty. The details of the warranty policy is provided on chetak.com, which will be referred to."

    In full charge a single rider gets a range of 125-130 km and a double rider gets a range of 100-105 km.

    There are few panel gaps. Except that every thing is good. If your average speed is 40 Km/h it can easily give 140 km range on full charge..But my advice is always maintain your SOC between 20% and 80% for better battery health..I believe it will easily cross 7 years until battery replacement.
