A no-tools-needed telescoping base with movable weight discs allows you to achieve dynamic balance. The camera base plate has both 1/4" and 3/8" mounting slots (holes) to accommodate a variety of camera bases. You can slide your camera with the base plate of the stabilizer on both the horizontal and vertical axes, with the thumbscrews and movable camera base plate. QUICK RELEASE the camera can be quickly mounted and removed with the quick release.
