(2 Spoons) of Ghutna Jivak Lep and mix it with some lukewarm water till you get a paste-like consistency. Apply it all over the knees covering the area fully before going to sleep. Tie the flannel cloth* provided, loosely on the knees and leave it like this for an entire night. Wash it off with lukewarm water in the morning and massage gently with Ghutna Jivak Oil.*Cloth can be used repeatedly after washing.
