Gigabyte GA-G41M Motherboard

When i first ordered this mobo it was not out of stock with flipkart. so i ordered it the 3rd day when it was available. I am using it with a Intel core 2 duo E4300. the purpose i ordered this bcoz i wanted to overclock my CPU. It is so easy to overclock CPU using this mobo and a good pair of DDR3 RAM (CORSAIR VENGEANCE i prefer). U wont believe me i am running mine at 3.38 GHz (from 1.8 GHz) with a stock cooler. but still m gonna buy a decent cooler.
the maximum temperature is like 60 degree...

Few pros / cons abut this mobo ...

CONS
- Most of DDR 3 rams mentioned in official mobo site are obsolete. ( no recent updates by the company )
- Not all DDR 3 rams are compatible with this mobo.
- DDR 3 rams " may " malfunction at 1333 MHz when over clocked ( default 1066 MHz )

PROS
- Now at least one DDR 3 ram will work guaranteed .
- G.Skill NT DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (F3-10600CL9S-4GBNT) ram for mobo.

I am a professional 'Photoshop' user and my previous motherboard (Gigabyte 945 GCMXS2) with it's maximum of 2Gb ddr2 ram was hugely insufficient for my needs. I was however happy with my processor (Intel C2D e4500 2.2 Ghz) and didn't want to spend a fortune buying a new computer just for the ram.

I recently ordered this product thinking that it is compatible with my Pentium dual core 805D and I was totally discouraged when I received the product and tested it. But luckily I got a refund from WS Retail (Thanks a lot flipkart). So please check the compatibility thoroughly before you purchase. It will save you a lot of trouble. The product was great and the packing was excellent as usual, but now I am am going to choose another motherboard through flipkart.

I puchased it from flipkart.......it was out of stock initially after I purchased it but still flipkart delivered it though after a bit delay. Packing was good and it was sealed pack item. i have core 2 duo e7400 and bought transend8 gb 1333 mhZ ddr3 again from flipkart its working nice with it. I inserted saphire hd 7750 its working gr8 now. Only con I found was it dont have led on it for cheking and fdd port is very far away......you wont get enough long wire in 2012 :) and however its use...
