About The Author
Stieg Larsson was the editor-in-chief of the magazine Expo. He was a leading expert on anti-democratic, right-wing extremist organisations. He died in 2004, soon after delivering the text of the novels that make up the Millennium Trilogy.

Very good read but not worth the hype
Don't get me wrong , it's great , just not as great as the recent hype would have you feel.
The themes are dark and the overall mood of the story is pretty grim.You'll be able to tell that it is a translation ( from the original Swedish ) but that's not to say that the translation isn't good , it IS.
