They work , strength is actually 3 mg which is more than enough for an adult. I bought 10 mg tablets from some other brand but now I am sure they weren't even 2 mg. Only buy 3mg ones from a good brand like gnc or medical shop . Don't fall for those 10 mg ones. These are worth it .

Useless product
I don't know weather it work for acute or chronic insomia. It just give me little dizziness. If you fall sleep late at night Maybe this working for you. But in my case these tablets not so effective.
