People usually say that captains of crush hand grippers are world class and heavy grip HGs are a bit inferior inspite of being famous. But this hand gripper is for a serious training. It is really hard. I think I can compare this with CoC hand grippers. It is really hard to close this 150 lbs HG. Im a strong person with years of gym experience.and lately I started doing finger tip push-ups. But still find it hard to close it without warm up. My average is 10 reps with the right hand. 8 rep...

Awsm hand grip ... But not for beginners .. I am training my self from 6 month . It's not easy for me even I hardly hit 5 to 6 reps in each set

It is very good though i don't think it is 150lbs.
But it is preety good and rough and tough. I really liked it. It is good for blood circulation in hand, strengthen your grip which is very useful.

Most of the time , I typed or code and my fingers really hurt, thats why I used it for hand exercise.
It is hard to full close it for me.
