Most Advanced Gopro - Definitely Worth it
Pros -
1. Low light reception is better than Hero 4 Black and Silver - Generally at higher FPS (coz the shutter speed is high) light reception is not decent enough but 240 fps at 720p gave me an excellent video quality even in low lighting
2. Voice Control is awesome - specially handy if you do not have a Wifi Remote or Phone to control your camera and its far from your reach

GoPro gets better with Hero5
I am yet to use it in live situation, but basis experience so far, writing a review considering there are not many here in this Website.
Pros :
Flagship Camera of GoPro - Feature Rich and compact - 12MP Resolution, 4K Video, Waterproof Body, WiFi & BT, Touch Screen LCD etc.
