Q:can i use the same table while standing and seating How much time will it take for me to adjust the height from seating to standing Will it disturb my 2 screen above Do i need to clear my table before

A:You can't adjust it on the fly, you will have to remove a few screws and do it properly, although it is an absolutely lovely table and I recommend it to anyone who can buy it.
