Decent product
If u have a small knees pls don't but quality is good but not much of rough and tough work. It's good not suitable for weight lifting.
U can use it outside of phanta I guess with bare leg straps are so much out keep some arrangements for it.

It says free size, but it’s really not. Length of the straps could have been even little more lengthier. But otherwise it’s good and would only fit for body type little over average. Hope the Velcro last longer.
