    Highly recommended

The hard thing about good books that they are hard to follow but this book is an easy read on hard things.

I liked the writing style and you feel automatically connected. This book prepares you for real business scenarios and gives you the opportunity to think like a CEO. Also, you connect emotionally as the writer has very well explained the pain and struggle of a CEO.

The life of a CEO is all about struggle and struggle has no mercy.

Overall this is a good book and I would recommend to a...

    Excellent read for budding CEOs

I like buying management books but have seldom gone past the 3rd chapter. This book is a refreshing change from the standard prescriptive books full of advice from people who have never been in those situations themselves. As a first time Founding CEO, I could relate to almost every word written in this book. The advice is less of an advice and more of sharing of experience of what worked for the author and what did not. I would say a must read for both peacetime and wartime CEO, first time e...

    Excellent Book

The chapters are structured around various heads like How to handle, when things fall apart, taking care of people, products and profits in that order, managing orgnization dynamics as you scale and grow, leading when you don't know where you are going etc. Every entrepren...
