Fan build quality is good . It's of very superior quality . But gets heat up . Fan blades are stylish and beautiful which gives a royal look to the fan . Fan speed is very high 400 rpm which circulates airflow in every corner of the room . I think because of the speed the fan motor becomes a little hot . OVERALL PERFORMANCE IS EXCELLENT 👌.

In this lockdown period also flipkart delivered the product 3days before the expected date.
Havells product is undoubtedly better than usha and orient. This fan is having silent operation and high speed.
It was mentioned 400rpm but i didn't receive the rpm details anywhere in the box.
Overall a good deal to go for.
