Good quality product
It does it's work but single pole and no plate are it's drawbacks. Plus you need 16amp plug. For such steamer I now realise two poles are essential for stability. Havells has given one iron board but that's so small and in absence of a user manual I am yet to figure out how it can be used. Same with pant press.

Useless product
I request to other Flipkart customers, don't buy this product and this is not user friendly product. There is no return option. They mentioned in the description iron board that is not iron board that is for shirt pocket.
