Q:Do I need a doctor consultation before using this product? How I suppose to feel free that this will perfectly work on me? Do I have to go through hearing test before using this product ???

A:Please visit an ENT specialist before taking audiogram for any issues/infection in ear. With Audiogram report you will be able to program HD 100/ HD 75 in mobile app. The app contains guide as well
