Q:I don't have western toilet.Can I keep it on the floor and sit and use?
A:can do ,but it’s difficult to do so on floor.. recommend to use it on a small stool instead.. u need support for ur thighs while sitting or it will strain/ stretch/ discomfort the pelvic floor/base.
