Q:is it light in stretching or hard ....????? and also tell me the full possible length of this bend after stretching... answer me pls as soon as possible..
A:I would suggest you to Plz refer to ur physiotherapist first . Yellow is the lightest and I guess it stretches 50% I. E. If length is 1mtr u can make a stretch of 1.5mtr depending on ur strength.
