I take these bone health supplement tablets because it has calcium, vitamin D3, zinc and magnesium in single tablet. So instead of taking many tablets for different nutrients, one tablet is better. It's easy to swallow, no bad aftertaste and price is affordable too.

Review after using more than a week . Overall supplement is good but plz buy after consulting doctor. I have suffered from calcium citrate malate's side effects. (Increased thirst, weakness irritation in lips ) .
