I ordered 4 items multivitamin,biotin, calcium & fish oil from Flipkart in big savings days. I live in hostel. So I doesn't take sufficient amount of all mineral and vitamins from poor diet so I ordered these. This is my 2nd time . 1st time I take them from healthcart outlet inlet in my city.

It's pretty good product. It will keep you active throughout the day. But being a fitness trainer, I will recommend you to take it on alternate days (not daily) if you are not training.

It's been a month since i started using this and already i can see my stamina rising, I'm active all the day and my hairfall reduced ( Don't know because of this or not) .. no side effects till now.. I'm taking 1 tab after breakfast after moderate cardio... Hope this review helps....

Hi it's good multivitamin for women ,I take 15 days one teblet after dinner .my nails are too thin and crack after taken improve . When whose woman face many problem than take its save no side effects . after finishing this brake one month . Ok thanks
