The issue is gears are no properly shifting , but i found this on every cycle delivery ( of my friends) , so wee need to adjust the gear sifter to get a proper shifting,
But other than that it looks very good and feels good quality
I am happy with it because i am a mechanic , if you planing to buy and you are not good at fixing things then seak help of a mechanic

The flap is plastic but The joint is metal which is good,
The front suspension is very smooth,
The gears are not shimao but it is ok, you have to adjust the gears before use ,
The seat is soft but not comfortable for adults,
No installation was provided so we had to do it by ourselves
It is value for money no doubt, these many features for this amount that to from Hero is amazing.

Classy product
I am not getting feed back from Flipkart for assembling bicycle . I had called management field but he dropped the call in between . I didn't got any proper information about it . First I was told a service man will come and assemble the cycle and now they are telling that no service man will come for assembling the bicycle .
