Not a big Graphic card but worth looking at it
Actually I bought this graphic card years ago and still i am using it although i am looking to upgrade to GTX 960. This card coupled with an Intel core i3 2100 and 8gb ram can play GTA 5 and call of duty advanced warfare and battle field 4,GTA 4many other games but please note that it is better to use this card with a monitor of resolution 1366X768 or less at lower settings in above mentioned games to get at least a decent amount of frame rates.You can also the card a little bit.

Fine for old desktop or if replacing IGP or just want to play HD movies
This is nice chip for old/low budget and if your IGP unable to display Windows Aero!
I was worrying if my old desktop supports PCIe 2.1 as MB has PCIe rev 1.0 slot. I tried checking with Flipkart about compatibility, I got two opposing reply! So, I just checked with MB manufacturer (ASUS) and received green signal. Check if MB can supports this as it's rev 2.1 and In AMD they changed some power config from 2.0 to 2.1.
Installed and I got nice display with Windows Experience Score raising to 4...

Value For Money !
In the past I have used an entry level card NVIDIA 8400 GS and I can say that this HIS HD 5450 although being an entry level card, has a superior performance IN ITS CLASS and is much better than the former. Surprisingly Anti-aliasing works far better than was expected, as it doesn't eat up much frame rates when compared to 8400 GS.
Not for hardcore gamers, but surely for moderate ones, and I expect it should run games released before 2010 flawlessly (with exceptions of-course.)

this product is great according to the price
only problem i had that flip kart took double time to deliver this product. but i am quite happy with the quality. it is a very good graphics card for basic gaming.& its very useful if you need an HDMI slot in your PC to connect to a HD TV

Best value for money. buy it and play games like GTA 4
I have not bought it yet, but I think so it is a casual gaming card at a low price. I think it is good as its name is HD 5450.I have heard people admiring its quality of the graphics and have also seen videos on the internet that it plays GTA 4 released in 2008 nry smoothly and efficiently and I think so it has the best value for money!

ATI is best
I just love to use ATI more than n-vidia. ATI is the best for display. I dont play game but i wanted to enjoy the better picture.

Best Entry level Graphics card.!!
This Graphics card Is the best gpu you can get for 2000/- . I am saying best because there are very few HD 5450 Cards that have FAN ..!! The other one is from Gigabyte which is Hard to find. The specs when compared to Nvidia GE210 Are far better . Also it has a 3 years warranty . I have Finalised this card after Lot of Research from various blogs and TEchsites .
