Horrible
I am extremely dissatisfied with my Hisense television. After just four months, the panel has failed, displaying noticeable patches. To compound the issue, the customer service response has been sluggish and ineffective. Even with a confirmed panel defect, I am being subjected to lengthy delays due to internal approval processes. This is unacceptable for a premium product, and I feel completely let down by the lack of timely support.

Exactly after one year.. the panel of the tv failed..better to buy other brand .. dont go for this cheap product.. it will not last longer

Not recommended at all
My tv only last for 7 months and after that screen flickering started and at the end screen got dead. I was lucky that it's in warranty but as per my experience it's waste of money. The cost to change the screen is 70% of tv cost if you are out of warranty.
