Waste of money!
Worst product,,, compressor issue within 4 months of use as soon as the 1st year completed there is a PCB issue which was in warranty, technician came and raise a complaint for PCB replacement but now the 1 week has been passed there is not a single response to our phone call,,my suggestion is not waste your hard earned money on this product, go for some other brand.

Unsatisfactory
The was working good for first 6 months after that it started tripping and not cooling at all within one year.
After a lot of complaints Hitachi is not providing any solution.
Now i m faded up with Hitachi and i think choosing Hitachi is biggest mistake of my life.

Terrific
I'm currently using 2 AC one of Hitachi and other of Daikin. I feel cooling of Hitachi is far better than Daikin. The cool environment lasts for long for Hitachi rather than Daikin.
