we purchased it through flipkart at very reasonable price. product is good. some features are 1) AC cooling is quite faster in short time, but i feel little noisy at high end fan speed
2) remote has night vision display but on AC body no display is present (Hitachi models are like that they told)
3) Service technician charges Rs.400 for installation. but we need to purchase a stabilizer to avoid power fluctuations (it costed about Rs. 2000/-)

i dont have blind faith in hitachi but the thing is i wont be buying lg or samsung if its an ac .coz the engineering matters. hitachi solely sells acs and provides other cooling solutions.
i got this ac at 31,490. its a 960 watt ac. i didn even find an ac which is taking this much less power in 1 ton 5 star category(960 watt=0.96 kilo watt,so 0.96 kw*1 hr=0.960 kwh=0.96unit per hour consumption). 1 kwh =1 unit of electricity in our city

Very Good
Cooling is really good. My room size is 130sqft and it gets cool within 15 minutes. Have little noise but that's okay. Delivery and installation are happened in same day. Guy who installed this is really nice, and had all checked about the AC performance before leaving. Overall you can good to go.

This is my second review After micromax smart tv.. Because this product worth it!! I got it for 22k!!!!! And amazing service by installation people.. Now talking about product this 1 ton ac so it is only suitable for single room don't expect more.. For my room i can give 10/10 descent cooling...
