Wonderful
Work done by installation team looks like they have average experienced in their work, neither having proper circle cutting drill bit nor aluminum rod used to straight the copper wire. Overall my experience with installation team is good.

Worst experience ever!
Product stopped working not at all cooling. Not even an year has passed and ac stopped working when summer is at its peak. Called customer care but no reply for a week. Still waiting for it to get resolved. Don't suggest anyone to go for hitachi products as I have samsung and whirlpool ac's and their service was prompt unlike hitachi.

Waste of money!
After using around 9 months in 10x 12 room 1 ton AC is not cooling up to mark ,
I have complaint 2 times the service incharge had a visit and told the room is too big for 1 ton AC ,
But the actual fact is the Hitachi's AC is not good.I am regretting so plz don't buy this product.

Unsatisfactory
Ineffective cooling. Spent huge amount considering brand name but waste of money. No temprature display on indoor unit. Appearance wise also having very old look.

A:No but stabilizer and outdoor stand charge was bit high and also I have already purchased stabilizer for same company for 1.5 ton AC but they ask that is not good that was not clear for me.
