Very Good

It will helps to manage protein intake...each 100g contain 34g of protein (good for normal people, not sufficient for body builders)
Drawback is 100g of Horlicks contain 22 g of sugar( note: sugar is not good for health...so diabetic people consult a doctor before using it)
Taste is not that good(manageable)
