The only way to get them is installing the latest windows v1709 and then connect with the internet and let it download automatically! There is no other option!
This process will consume 3-4gb of data!
Coming to performance i5-8th gen is equally powerfull to i7-7th gen quad core version! Not the lower end dual core i7!

Amd radeon 520 works great
1080p display is awesome
Viewing angles are not that great but better than most of the laptops
A very decent speaker sound with very less noise
Came with no OS installed
Textured finish in the palm rest area is a pleasure to the eyes
Camera performance is good on video calls
Haven't used any high end games
But everything seems to be working fine
Great product to purchase in the price segment
Only problem is lil bit loose...
