Product is good. I bought for my Son, doing Computer Engineering. Specification meet the requirement. In respect of price, other brands are also available on the same configuration on the similar price (maybe a bit cheaper too). But I choose HP. Waste of money!
I purchased a HP laptop in March and it worked only for 3 months. It ceased to work on 5th June and after repeated complaints they said that the display and motherboard is damaged. As of today 28th of June the issue has not been resolved. It is the worst kind of service I have ever received and I wouldn't even think of recommending the product to anyone.
