4GB Ram is not sufficient for windows 10
Product quality is really good. 4 GB ram is not sufficient for windows 10 (70 to 80% memory is used for just opening browsers). So you need to upgrade the ram size after buying it. Only then the system will be faster and multitasking.

Q:How many ram slots are there? And how many are empty i.e. available for expansion?
A:There are two ram slots. One is already equipped with 1×8 GB ddr4 RAM stick. Second slot is empty for expansion. Device supports maximum RAM upto 16GB.
