Awesome product at this price. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Device is top quality from HP. Would take care of our basic home and office needs without any problem. Make sure you set up your Microsoft Account ( if you don't have one already ) during setup the laptop for the first time and also take an immediate media recovery backup for the laptop on a external disk before using it. This would take care of any issues with the Win 10 just in case in the future. Rest enjoy. Well done H...

HP has really outdid themselves for this budget laptop. the touch experience and the IPS screen is comfortable and enjoyable for daily use. the tablet is lightweight and has has necessary ports. it is recommended for household use and for presentations as you can connect display with micro hdmi. speaker are good for movies and songs but lack necessary high pitch. the best thing about 2 in 1 is that you can work as ou wish the sturdy magnets provide tablet mode which is heavier to hold in hand...

Pros:
The product is beautiful by design and display.
Battery is good, and charging speed is good
Keyboard is OK, mouse pad is good
Cons:
Windows key is on the side, which is quite uncomfortable for ppl who worked in win8.1
Performance is not good at all. WIndows 10 runs really sluggishly and with lot of lag on 2GB ram(might be good for 4GB version of the machine)

Positive-This is one of the few products which has got everything that you need if you are not a heavy user and need a small, portable, good-looking device for internet browsing and watching movies. Touch works really good and the OS works fine n both the desktop as well as tablet mode.

Negative- Small storage capacity might bother you sometimes but you could always use a pen-drive!

This product is very handy. Since its from HP it's looks and feels of handling is more like a laptop than a tablet. Good enough speed for the purpose that its built for. Its more reliable that pretty much most of the products in market. The HP customer care too is very responsive. All is all a very good product.
