Hated it!
Horrific experience with HP. I had bought this for my sister-in-law. Shock #1: Within a month, the display panel went off due to a sudden push of the laptop (it didn't fall or hit anything). Shock #2: Although the product description says 'onsite warranty', the HP call center charged Rs.750 for the visit of the Engineer, that too someone without having any expertise. Shock #3: Finally she had to leave it at the Service Center and pay Rs.10,000 for the replacement of the display panel.
