HTC TyTN II

The HTC TyTN II is a mid-range smartphone that offers full fledged connectivity options of GPS, 3G -HSDPA, GPRS & Wi Fi. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm MSM7200 400MHz chipset, which offers quick responsive times and boot up times of less than a minute. It sports a sprung loaded QWERTY keyboard that tilts upwards at 40 degree angle to offer a clean viewing angle. The Ty TN II is one of the most feature-packed HTC handsets and offers everything the HTC Advantage does, but in a more compact chassis.

HTC has worked on simple design details like adding the SIM slot behind the screen, so wont have to remove the battery every time. The addition of status lights for caps lock and function keys is another handy addition. The control is enhanced by the inclusion of a 360 degree 3 way jog wheel paired with OK button which allows fast menu navigation even while driving.

The TyTN II supports Bluetooth, WiFi or 3G connectivity and comes with a 640x480 pixel secondary camera for video calling. The handset comes with a 3 MP camera with auto-focus and can record video in QVGA (320x240) or CIF (352x288) resolution. It is equipped with the mobile Windows Media Player which supports MP3,WMA and WAV formats. The phone comes preinstalled with WM 6 and an array of aps which lets you edit Microsoft Office documents, receive instant email notifications via Push Mail, chat with friends on Messenger and watch multimedia files. The phone comes with an in-built GPS receiver and syncs with Google Map's ?Track my location? feature. The high-speed internet access via HSDPA, large touchscreen and the full QWERTY keypad makes for a powerful smartphone.
