Product is great and it is easy to use but only one thing is demo was not given properly, Installation guy didn't provided all info correctly. I request IFB team to train people properly so that it will be useful for users.

This review is not for flipkart, flipkart has done absolutely awesome in terms of delivery, overall shopping experience, etc.

However, for IFB, the machine is great, no doubt about it. The only problem with IFB is the 'service tactics'. They tried a lot to push for descale powder and detergent to be bought from IFB and I'd appreciate if IFB provides it with comparable rates than other products from market. But they sell it pretty high value which is not at all good and hence I took one star ...

No complexity in buttons, Easy to use. I preferred front load but I bought top Load for my mom, easy to put cloth and easy to put back.

This is my second ifb. Five years back I purchased one for my mom. Now I went for my wife. Nice product. The same day the installation was done. Even the installation fitted the right tap in my rented house and brought extra length pipe of 3 metres for the connection. They are really capable service person. I appreciate them. Washing Machine works very well ,Cleans very even collar dirt. And its very user friendly. its smart sensing technology automatically detect the type of clothes in the machine and selects the ideal wash type it needs.

Product is good but service is not satisfactory.IFB agent/technician misguide us and sell us an extarlnal filters of 2600 although filter is buil in in the machine.

It is the latest model, seems launched very recently, initially had some doubts before placing this order, but received the product, it looks amazing and premium finish.

Tried today, first time I have washed the clothes, it is so smooth.

When it delivered, within few hours the installation is completed.

Will update my review post few months.
