No starter kit product is good installation also good

Good microwave oven. Can be used for grill, bake, heating and cokes with a child safety lock. Installation by company representative was satisfactory as well. Go for it if you are looking for a convection microwave oven.

The microwave has very good built quality, very easy to operate, serves the purpose well. Demonstration was good, awesome delivery by flipkart! If you are planning to buy a microwave oven , blindly trust IFB....coz it's the best!!

product is good but IFB people came after around 10 days that too after registering complain against them and making many calls to them...highly disappointed with this thing .

No doubt microwave is good, also starter kit with all utensils received,
but ifb customer service is Poor, have to wait 3 days to get the installation done.

The oven does have some problem of fuse blown away while putting it to heating mode for foods warming. This problem is now however solved after increasing MCB capacity and thereafter there is no fuse blown problem since last six months.

But on design aspect the oven has got a very critical problem. The Ring on which the rotating Glass Tray rests and is governed for its rotational movement does slip away from the central position since the Ring doesn't have any firm location or have any devi...
