1. This is an IKEA Gift Voucher (GV)/Gift Card (GC) and will be accepted solely for the purchase of products [and services] at the listed IKEA stores located in India. 2. The person with the GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary. 3. The GV/GC can be used multiple times until the full balance is utilized within the validity period. 4. The difference in price of IKEA products purchased with the GV/GC and the total balance on the GV/GC will remain as an unused balance. Any unused balance in the GV/GC at the end of the one (1) year period will be forfeited. 5. The GV/GC can be used to purchase discounted products. It can be combined with any other promo codes or offers. 6. The validity of GV/GC cannot be extended. No new/ replacement of the GV/GC will be provided in lieu of the expired Gift Card. 7. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash. 8. IKEA/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs. 9. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, India. The purchase of the Gift Card is subject to fulfillment of Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) requirements stipulated by the Reserve Bank of India, the Government of India, and other statutory authorities from time to time. The purchaser agrees to indemnify IKEA for all claims brought by a third party against IKEA and/or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these terms and conditions. 11. How to Redeem

Online Redemption: 1.Visit the IKEA website. 2.Add items of your choice to the cart and proceed to checkout. 3.Select the “Gift Card” option and enter your voucher code. 4.The voucher amount will be deducted. Pay any remaining balance using another available payment method. In-store Redemption: 1.Use the outlet locator at https://www.gyftr.com/ikea to find a nearby participating store. 2.Select your product(s) and proceed to billing. 3.Share your Gift Voucher with the cashier. 4.Pay any remaining balance, if applicable, via cash or card.
