Just wow!
doesn't fully open to 180 there is little space in the top lid after opening. I think maybe I've not done it correctly. Looks like I'm not going to use it for open grill cooking for very long time so it isn't much of a problem for me and maybe it's for allowing excess oils to flow into the collector attached below.
I'm using this the first time to cook the sandwich today so let's see the results.
