A veteran journalist, author, and international relations expert, Manish Chand is Founder-CEO, India Writes Network (www.indiawrites.org) and Director, Centre for Global India Insights (CGII), a think tank focused on global affairs. He is Editor-in-Chief, India and the World magazine-journal.
An alumnus of St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, he has edited many books, including Journeys Across Continents: A New India on the Global Stage, a unique narrative of PM Modi`s journeys to various foreign countries. He is the Editor of Two Billion Dreams: Celebrating India-Africa Friendship; Co-editor of India-Africa Partnership: Towards Sustainable Development; and Co-editor of Engaging with Resurgent Africa.
He has been interviewed by many media organizations and has made presentations at international conferences. He has worked with India`s Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on special publications and conferences. He has travelled to over 80 countries, including overseas visits by India’s Prime Minister and multilateral summits. His book of poems, titled, Quatrains in Quarantine, will be published shortly.
