    A:No, I had also used c4, crush, but it's amazing results. Bhai jyada use mat karna yadi 1st time pre work use kr rahe ho to 1/2 scoop se Bhi thoda kam use karna.

    A:U can simple mix it with cold water 15mins before starting your workout. Dont forget its very strong and take only half scoop initially and do intense workout after taking it.
