A:Yes it can if there are maggots inthe wound, else if there no maggots present then you may use Betadine solution only to heal the wound

A:just spray it on the wound.... keep it a little far not too far just a inch far from the wound so that it gets sprayed all over. Just shake the bottle well before you spray.
