Fabulous!
It was not working in my Motherboard.
I thought the problem is with this CPU as this CPU was supported by my motherboard.
But at last it turn out that the motherboard was faulty.
It supported the CPU but some component in it was damaged due to which it wasn't able to handle 333mhz FSB.
Then I replaced the motherboard and Voila.Cpu working really fine.
Recommend it to all those Core2duo gamers.
