Great affordable book.

I have completed half of this book.

I find it very easy to understand and complete as per the syllabus of IITL V3 2011.

Its Wiley India Edition rate is very less as compare to its other outside India edition and other ITIL books.

I must mention that I don't know its market rate or if it is available in market at all.

This book can prove to be a very good alternative for those who don't want spend on very expensive 2-3 days training.

I still have not given 5 stars because I havn't given...

Yes its a good book, Study guides r the best book for beginners whether it management or networking, but i have q query regarding the exam, while booking the exam through pearson, the exam code is not EXM its just ITIL-F, r the objectives of both the exam same?
