The product is good ! Good sound clarity, volume ! ! The person at the other end also has good clarity , which again depends on mircophone of the device.
One need to be extra cautious during ongoing call as the call receive - disconnect button is on the top, so better not to touch the top during an ongoing call else it may get disconnected if pressed lightly also.
