Delightful
As it was on the pack, really it doesn't have any strong flavour or taste. I mean by adding this to wheat flour I did not find any noticeable change in either in taste or flavour of my roti.
It helps some extent in controlling sugar levels but cannot depend completely on this

Did not work for me
Little expensive. Product is good. I am yet to test my Ha1C level.
Customer support is poor.
I am updating my review after consuming this product for 4 months. There is no change in my glucose level. My HbA1C earlier was between 6.5 - 6.7. My latest HbA1C test taken last week is 7.0!
So for me it does not seem to work.
