Jillian Michaels is intimidating, but very effective. I like that the focus in her workouts is more on improving strength and endurance, and less about making your body look a certain way. If you like your trainers to be tough but feel-good, she will definitely work for you.

So far, I've started the 30-day shred and No More Trouble Zones.

30 Day Shred:
1 workout each for Levels 1, 2 and 3 (3 workouts total), 20 minutes each (25 including warm-up and cool down). 10 days at level 1, 10 days...

Now about pros of the dvd's.... the quality is excellent......... i love the workouts.... jillian pushes you to do your best..... she does'nt bore you... her instructions are clear and precise..... you dont need to go to the gym....short 20 min workouts, you can do it just about anywhere, and helps you to maintain an exercise routine..... the 40 min circuits you can do when you are able to spend a little...

It's a nice set for those who have tried everything and its value for money...great product..flipkart service is A1.........

first of all fast delivery by flipkart. the set is very cost effective, as you get 3 great workout DVDs in a combo. workouts are very good, and the narration by jillian micheals is also very good, one feels as if you are working out by her side only. if done consistently will definitely show the results.

Its a great program if you are in the best of health. If you can squat and jump easily, it will do a lot of good to you ! definately not for beginners, i have a knee problem and most of the exercises are done in the squat position. Im trying though, i have been alternating this dvd with other walking and zumba exercises. You could try some over youtube before purchasing.

She's simply awesome. She is all about fast results & permanent weight loss. With no-rest-between-sets & her heart-pumping work-out, she can be very annoying as she was to me when I started off working with her (Sorry, Jillian!). But the results are worth the sweat, pain and tears u shed while working out. She's really America's toughest trainer! And, and , and...I lost almost 12 kilos in 3 months! Love you Jillian!

Its a great workout to do at home. It provides a complete body workout. I enjoy the workout and helps be achieve my targets. It is as intense as u work in the gym. After a break from the gym , this workout helps me to match the workouts i did at the gym.

Started with the 30 Day shred, have used it only for about 10 days or so, and I can already feel my body toning up.... My stamina has also increased..
